It all starts with an initial phone consultation. During our chat, we'll discuss your flooring needs (which rooms need updated), your lifestyle (pets, kids, high traffic areas, etc.), and color palette. All of this info helps us determine which samples to bring along. From there, we'll schedule time to come to your home for an estimate. During this time, we'll measure your space while you shop our selection of samples. If you need a little help, our design expert will help guide you to make the best choice for your home.

Soft Step is a small business owned by a retired Columbus firefighter and run by independent sales representatives (like us!). We order flooring directly from the top manufacturers, so we have very little in overhead costs. This allows us to keep our prices extremely competitive for our Clients.
